The trial process against former Telekom chief Agron Mustafa is expected to begin in January 2017 at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, over the case's “PAYCOS”, which the alleged damage to Telekom is supposed to be close to 7m euros.

Such news was made known to “Justice Vow”, by the judge in charge of judging this subject, Sabit Sadij.
According to Judge Sadij, the subject will be addressed on the next basis when the indictment by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has been handed over.
Otherwise, on May 4, 2023 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina had announced a rise in the indictment against Mustafa.
“According to the indictment, the defendant, in the quality of Kosovo's Executive Chief of Telecom, in Pristina, in 16.03.2015 and in principle, has acted to the detriment of the PTK, so that through the bond of annexes, agreements changing the terms of the contract to the company that he represented, instead of defending its interests, the same objectively caused damage to the large scale of Kosovo Telecom, and the value of 6,796,700 million (six hundred and seven hundred and seven hundred thousand and twenty-seven hundred euros) in a statement said.
With this, it is charged to have committed criminal work “The introduction of the harmful contract”, from Article 291, paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1, and about Article 81, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.2 and 1.5 of KPRK.
“State Prosecutor, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has proposed to the court that the defendant be convicted and be punished according to the law on criminal work, which is charged with”, the statement said.
Otherwise, Mustafa was charged in another case, for which in December 2022, the Court of Appeals has confirmed the first degree bias, which on September 21st 2021 had declared a free trial against three former Kosovo Post and Telecom leaders (PTK), Agron Mustafa, Ejup Qerim and Raje Gjonbalaj, charged with corruption.
