The preliminary procedure judge has rejected the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against indictees S.D. and the same has assigned the measure of house arrest for a month.
“Mas of domestic arrest to S.P.D. has been assigned in harmony with Article 181 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.1 of 1.2 related to Article 184 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.1 and 1.2 of the KPPRK, while conforming Article 181 paragraph 5 of the KKPK, in case of disrespecting the house arrest measure, the court can assign the detention measure against S defendant. D”, said in the media communiqué.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
Otherwise, doctor S.D. has been arrested Monday under the decision of the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina.
