Kosovo Police spokesman Bucky Kelani has confirmed the case.
“With the date 02.09.23 about 6:10, on the Ibrahim Rugova highway in the 24th mile of Vremica, there was a self-injury accident, where a local license car with a Kosovo male driver, allegedly lost direction and rolled down the street, with what bodily injuries suffered two people, one of whom later passed away. Police patrols, investigation units, road maintenance company have emerged at the scene. As to the case, the custody prosecutor has been announced, while all necessary police actions have been taken”, Kelani said.
Police have appealed to all traffic participants to take increased care, respect traffic regulations, and adhere to road conditions
