The last “Draft of the EU special envoy for the implementation sequence of the Basic Agreement was split with Kosovo's chief negotiator on 19 July. It offered a marginal modification compared to the previous draft. At the September 14th summit in Brussels, only the Kosovo prime minister presented a substantial and comprehensive draft. The EU and Serbia presented nothing but insisted to accommodate Serbia's bid to focus solely on the AKS. Each alternative report is a clear and deliberate distortion of truth”, Bislimi wrote.
In response to Prime Minister Kurti's statement yesterday, from the European Union today has said Kosovo was the only one who has proposed on the table, but also official Brussels.
