The discriminating tender of the Pristina municipality for the same jobs: Municipal workers 600 euros salary, commiting 1,200 euros

The Pristina municipality has about 700 officials employed. Muhamed Emra, Ifrette Zeneli, Syzana Plana, Qazim Bajrami, Dugagjin Buqaj, Zyhrije Plana, are just some of the officials who are managers of the biggest contracts implemented by the Pristina municipality. Their salary behaves around 600 euros. To accomplish the same jobs, the municipality is learning to engage through public procurement procedures and four experts, but their salaries will be precisely once higher than their colleagues now for over 10 years in the municipality.

“Aggression of 5 experts for specific jobs and tasks, contract management for the needs of the Pristina municipality”. That's what it's called a contract that will be linked to four, not to five experts, as the municipality mentioned.

The overall purpose of the contract is to obtain individual contract management consulting services.

The bidding total will be 171 thousand euros in total for three years for the fourth.

The office works with officials in the Project Management Office, who are construction engineers and are responsible for the quality and co-ordination of projects. The contract managers are appointed by engineers who are available in the municipality.
