“Corruption and lawlessness are not allowed”, VV forgets its scandals, deals little with Rama Progress

The Vetevendosje Movement branch in Pristina, putting aside little of its scandals, has found time and has reacted to the arrests of three Pristina municipality officials, who are suspected of misusing official office.

Vetevendosje has said the responsibility falls on Pristina municipality Chairman Progress Rama, whom they have accused of illegal acts.

“As the local opposition we have constantly raised a voice about the irregularities and legal violations that have occurred and continue to occur now two years in every segment of government in the capital. Pristina now, under the LDK- The PDK has become the champion city for lawlessness, injustice and anarchy. There is no doubt that the main responsibility for this situation falls on the first of the capital, Rama Progress, because of his illegal actions, which are already being translated into the opinion” every day, have declared by this party.

From VVA have said they are convinced that these arrests are not about individual actions of arrested persons, but are about co-ordinated and organised criminal activities in the local government hierarchy in Pristina.

We're looking for the investigative and justice bodies that the case is in question, but also the other reported and signaled cases, to address with maximum priority and professionalism and to do so bring responsibility to all those who have acted in what way contrary to the law for personal and party interests, family and tribal interests. Nepotism, corruption, misuse, thieves, lawlessness, and inequality are neither acceptable nor lawful. Pristina and the citizens of Pristina want and deserve clean and just governance”, said in response.
