RTK Board Chairman Besnik Boletini has reacted to the RTK trade union's response, saying they deliberately manipulated the content of the discussion that was made at the meeting and gave him a different approach to something else entirely. He has said that in no way has he stated that the workers are coming with a certain dress to work, but he has spoken of a perception and discussion within RTK that there are workers who are not coming to work at all, and at the beginning of work hours they make the introduction (check in) to other activities outside RTK's duties and that they return to the end of schedule or evening to do check out.
He says that by describing these voices and the perceptions in question, he has cited an example as he was told, not that he has declared it.
I talked about a perception that was created that some employees only make access and exit without staying at work, not how they dressed when they came to work. So I've quoted something that's been said to me, and I've stressed that it's unacceptable as information and perception that's telling me in working environments, that some employees after different activities come and do it just go out of their way, not working at all. Of course, it wasn't the best way to describe the alleged phenomenon, but during the debate I made the extenuation as I was told, without processing it. Today I have expressed regret to all RTK employees, if anyone has felt bad, considering that there has also been a deliberate miscretion and manipulation of the context by some individuals. Since I haven't said they're coming that way to work. I've only talked about job records without being in work environments”, Boletini said.
This discussion was developed after the RTK board's decision asking the management to apply monthly reporting of work activities for each employee. This is about the fact that some employees for weeks or months do not do any work, but are identified by getting in and out of work, but without even standing there and getting paid without working.
Last year some employees had claimed to receive their salary and not go to work at RTK, which is paid by citizens' taxes.
Boletin has said the purpose of this decision is to increase accountability and accountability at work. That, even for the fact that RTK currently has over 770 employees. I mean, it might not be well received by everyone.
The monthly report on day-to-day work activities aims to assess the labor of each employee.
