Rudina Dervisi, journalist and long-known TV director “Diariesri” of the Voice of America, was separated from life Tuesday, September 12th, at the age of 53, following a two-year battle with breast cancer.
Her colleagues from the “Voice of America” have expressed condolences to her family.
Her premature flight is a great loss for the family and her colleagues of the Albanian Voice of America Service.
For more than 25 years, Rudina made a valuable contribution to her professionalism as a passionate journalist, covering topics varied from the economy, politics, human and female rights to art.
We, her American Voice colleagues, will remember Rudina for her insight, dynamic, mood, and devotion.
She left behind her husband, three sons, and her mother.
