Analyst Shenoll Muharremi has expressed his opinion of the future VV leader.
He has warned that after Albin Kurti, the direction of the movement will take over Glauk Konjufca.
In his account in “Facebook”, Muharrem wrote that Connjufca meets all conditions to be the successor of Kurti.
It looks like that. A prudent person, already with experience in politics and institutions. He remained calm most of the time when he did not like the president's decisions. He always supported her in public, and she should be. Kurt's not going anywhere yet, but he's already given his best. His maximum excellence was before he came to power. The crowning has been the spectacular victory by over 50%. That's where the roof was. From there he wrote”.
He has suggested that Kurt has been driven by government.
“The government is hard upon a country with many needs and few possibilities, resources and capacities. With his government, he's a slave. Kurt's probably completely wasted. Attacked from all sides inside and out. No capacity inside. Crisis management and scandals mainly. It's not like he doesn't like seizures, but after a while he's got a crush on you. Consequently, when the prime minister's mandate ends... the best job for him is to fire”, he has appreciated.
According to him, after the upcoming elections, Kurt's role has not been more primary.
“After a semy-rest and exit from “fire” of the power wars, maybe the topics of who should follow will begin. No one is in charge forever, that we are democracy. At the moment, no one is seen but the Speaker of the House that I can pass. The odds are good Konjufca to be the next VV leader. Albin Kurti will remain the spiritual “lider” of the movement. Konjufca's hard work will be to combine experiences (a) of road and protests and (b) institutions to create (c) a long-term identity for the party in Kosovo's new political context. Especially will he have work to freeze the party's capacity for political development and functioning institutions. The VV will have a first decline, then consolidation and potential growth, depending on the ambition, actions and work of Konjufca”, Muharremi wrote.
