Abrahamas admitted the error in The Hague in report for KLA: Call for Skelzen Gashi with friends to apologize

At the Special Court in The Hague, the testimony of Frederick Abrahams, official of the Human Rights Watch organisation, has been released in court as a witness to the Special Prosecutor's Office in the case against Thaci and others.

He is being interviewed by the defense of Kadri Veselin, lawyer Ben Emmerson, who has said witness reports are only a recycling of Serbian news.

Mr. Abrahamas is primarily linked to an organization report HRW, titled “NENURHERA: War Crimes in Kosovo”, published in 2001.

But as for Mr. Abrahama, the latter, admitted to Kadri Wessel's lawyer that the report of the murders in September 1998 was incorrect.

Following this sequence yesterday by the Special, rumours have increased for an apology by former Prime Minister Albin Kurti's advisor, Mr. Shkelzen Gashi, who on a television show, referred to the old reports when speaking of individuals from the NLA ranks.

Emerson, the lawyer of Kadri Wessel:  First, you describe the September 9850 murders by KLA forces. What proof did you have that there were murders by the KLA in September 1998?

Abrahamas:  It's true, I should actually have writtenThe alleged murders.

Emerson: So, Serbian claims, right?

Abrahamas: Yeah.

Emmerson: So what you did, you just recycled Serbian propaganda, right?

Abrahamas:  It must have been written differently.

EmmersonBut you made these claims, you got from the Serbian side, right?

Abrahamas: Yes

Emmerson: You've got this information in September, right?

Abrahamas:  Yes

Emmerson: Did you get any witnesses on these alleged murders?

Abrahamas:  Yes

Emmerson: The September 98th assassination, are you now aware that nobody was killed in that indictment in September 98?

Abrahamas: The formula is bad.

Emmerson: If you want to describe it this way right, it's actually not just bad wording, it's completely wrong. The people discovered here, including the 9 victims of the Serbian assassination, under Serbian protection, have been excluded from the indictment for the same reason. It included individuals killed in different circumstances, but their bodies were found thrown into the lake.

So when you're talking about the September murder of U. CK, there was no such murder at all, right?

Abrahamas: I accept your point.

Emmerson: You said it could have been completely different, right, so it's completely wrong.

Abrahamas:  Yeah, as far as September 98 is concerned, that's not correct. /Periscope.
