The man who allegedly executed his son - in - law was seen in the city as he was leaving with a gun in his hand. Under the threat of a gun, a person robbed his car to escape. Which was then found abandoned in the village of Kostov of Istog.
In an answer to the Journal Express, Pec's Founding Prosecutor confirms that two charges were filed against Frock.
In 2012, an indictment for criminal work was filed against him “Without permission”. The same was the indictment for the criminal act “Reducing service”.
There was also procedure for criminal work “the use of dangerous weapons or tools”.
And in 2016, according to the Prosecutor's Office towards Suspect Frock, there has been a procedure under way for the criminal work “Use of the weapon or dangerous vehicle”.
The Péja Foundation Court, until its publication, has not returned answers to these cases.
The Justice Ministry has confirmed that Tush Frock had been declared in international research in Interpol by the Constitutional Court in Pec for criminal work “Heavy End”.
In a response to the Journal Express, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kosovo confirms that the person in question had been proclaimed internationally in an international search at Interpol by the Constitutional Court in Peja-Dega in Cline for criminal work “serious returns”.
According to the MD, Frock was arrested in Italy.
The same “on the basis of an international search warrant was arrested in Italy, then the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kosovo in terms of 40, of the 04/L-213 Law for International Co-operation in Criminal Affairs, had submitted the request for extradition”, the MD confirms.
His extradition was made in February 2023.
The competent Italian judiciary had found that the request for extradition of the Republic of Kosovo meets legal conditions, and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Italy had approved the person's extradition. Also, after the overpower of the decisions, his extradition was realised by Kosovo Police in February 2023x1>, the MD said.
Kosovo police informed that around 4:50 a.m., there were gunshots fired at a local site on the “Leonard Palucaj” street in Kline on Monday.
Anton Prela's death was later announced as a result of gunfire.
His death was confirmed by the steward doctor at Pec Regional Hospital.
The victim owned the garage from Lucerni Canton.
It was reported that the suspect shot seven times in the direction of the victim.
