Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has declared that at the Alpbach European Forum, she has discussed expanding the European Union with democratic countries of the Western Balkans, protecting human rights principles, rule of law and fighting autism.
She has written on Facebook that these features make Europe bold, until she added that European integration is the only way for Kosovo.
This is this year's theme of the Alpbach European Forum, where I had the honour to discuss the main panel together with representatives of other states. The expansion of the European Union with the democratic states of the Western Balkans, the protection of human rights principles and values, rule of law and democracy, as well as the unification in fighting autism and tyranny, are traits that make Europe courageous”.
Despite being a long and difficult road, European integration is the only way for Kosovo”, Osmani has said.
President Osmani is located in Alpbach, Austria, for this year's edition of the European Forum.
The European Forum Alpbach from 1945 draws together leaders, Nobelists, academics, scientists and personalities different from around the world every year to discuss ideas for a stronger and more democratic Europe.
