Sinan has written on Facebook that along with constitutional and legal obligations, as well as obligations which are imposed by the already recognised international agreements; Serbia has taken over Presevo, Bujanoc and Medvedja, as well as special obligations with three separate documents that have been approved by the government.

21 years later, in all institutions not under the competencies (which are in the competencies of the Republican Government or Region Administration), the number of Albanians is symbolic, and there are even institutions where there are no Albanians.
Not only have local Albanians not been employed, but Serbs from other regions from Serbia have also been brought.
