The 29-year-old from Shkodra Aldo Majnishta has been arrested in Kosovo today after being declared on the run as one of Jan Pringa's abduction and disappearance organisers.
Police suggest that as a result of the timely exchange of information between Interpol Tirana and I LECU, Kosovo became possible locate and capture it.
The Special Court against Corruption and Organised Crime in 2022 has assigned 29-year-old security measure “Arrest to prison”, for criminal acts “The kidnapping or hostageing of the person”, carried out in co-operation, “Narco5>, conducted in co-operation, “production and possession without gun permission, explosive weapons and ammunition” and “Hide or eliminate body”.
Jani Prenga, the father of 3 children, was abducted on January 17, 2020, in Kamza, a few days after being followed and observed.
