The annual vacation period for factory employees „Amo“in Cline gives them uncertainty and not only if they are allowed to take rest but feel secure about their job. So at least a factory worker told Periscope. who wrote the editorial about the concerns these workers are experiencing.
He has accused the factory of continuing to violate the Labour Law.
He has recently mentioned the occasion when the workers of this factory have begun exploiting annual holiday days (2 weeks), but that they are not allowed to use their days as much as they are entitled to.
He said they also received telephone threats, that if they don't stop the break, they'll sanction them with pay, or even fire them.
We're recently told that tomorrow we should go to work, only after a week's end of our annual vacation. All of this under threat that we have to go to work and we can be fined in wages, or we can be cut off the “contract, this employee said under anonymity.
He has claimed a series of other violations of the Labour Law on the part of the factory owner,
He mentioned one case in which, according to him, a factory worker has left work just because the owner saw him laughing through security cameras. He claims that the factory's workers are denied both wedding, lehonia, and medical holidays.
There are times when they're off the job just because the boss saw him laughing on the camera. Let's not talk about a wedding vacation, a liquefy, or a doctor we don't even dare to ask for, he claims.
He has even mentioned cases when money was sanctioned by management, when a worker refused to work on Sundays.
There are times when we don't have to work on Sunday and we're voting on the house for 1 week without pay”, he said.
In terms of these claims, Periscopi has contacted the factory director „Amo“, Bujar Morina, who has denied that factory workers he runs are denied the right to the autumn vacation.
Morina has said that because of the behavioral business nature, workers go to collective holiday (all at once). This is because, as Morina explained, to accomplish the production, all workers are needed to be present. He acknowledged that the mode of giving off is „imposed“, but that the number of days used for vacation has not been denied to any worker.
Morina added that in the case, workers have taken 10 days off, while the rest can take it whenever they need it.
Our „They've been in collective rest from date 1 to the present day, the rest of the rest of the rest of the rest of the vacation that you meet legally, they take advantage of it when they need to take rest. On the day when they were given a collective vacation, they went to 10 days off, the factory has been without workers for 10 days if someone tells me I've been called, or changed my vacation, that's a bullshit fight“, Morina said about Periscope.
Morina has also denied claims to have hired workers on Sundays until she added that in the event of extra hours, the company compensates them with money.
Job Inspector, are you quiet?
The factory employee “Amo” has told Periscopi that over their concerns several times addressed the Labour Inspectorate, but that the same one has taken nothing into account.
He says only three years ago they were visited by the Inspectorate and that the same were never seen again.
During that visit, he says, the Inspectorate had recorded violations concerning the annual holiday, but that no step has been taken.
The worker has called on the Labour Inspectorate to visit the factory as soon as possible, where he considers the violations being recorded there.
What does the Labour Law for Annual Rest say?
According to the Labour Law, Article 32 of this law specifically addresses the issue of the annual holiday, which reads:
“The employee during each calendar year has the right to an annual vacation paid at least four (4) weeks, regardless of whether he works full-time or short-term”.

While Article 37 of this law says the appointment of holiday hours should be struck between employers and employers.

“Food Industry AMO” was founded in 2008, with an address to its activity located at “The industrial office” 32,000, in Cline.
The main products are con-day products. The owner of this factory is the renowned businessman Azem Morina./Periscopi/
