Insader has been seeking answers from MINT for weeks, the dictatorship led by Minister Hajdari, whether this legally defined document has been submitted, but even with itself the agreement, at the time required, but MINT has refused to comment.

Insander has found that a bank guarantee, but for this project has been issued by a commercial bank in the wake of the newspaper's interest in this document.

In MINT, they have refused to show on what legal basis they have accepted this document as a guarantee of nearly five months late.

The paper has also requested clarification from ProCredit Bank on this document that has issued nearly a few months after it had to be issued and deposited at MINT, but even this bank has refused to comment.

At the “Company, Foods” refused to provide details about how they managed to sign the banking agreement without guarantee of over 1.1m euros, why this document was required in its own.

25 hectares of state land for 11m euros in investment

Late last year MINT, led by Rosetta Hajdari, had already announced that the agreement would be signed through which 25 hectares of the company “Corporation Foods”.

In 2021, the Kurti Government had decided to declare the “Cosming Foods” as a strategic investor.

“For the country's economic development and the elimination of trade barriers, abolished regulations and acts inherited from the former Yugoslavia, we gave the subject “Cosming Foods” for strategic investor status for the investment project worth 11 million euros”, Kurti wrote on September 22nd 2021. The decision was then voted into the Kosovo Assembly, where the majority has Vetevendosje party.

But giving this land has a long history of clashes between the opposition government.

As Insander had reported in October 2021, the chairman of the Commission for Economy in the Kosovo Parliament, Ferat Shala, had accused the Government of declaring the company “Cosmed Foods” as a strategic investor, saying this company, which is funding the Vetevendosje Movement, has usurped the property of the Forest Agency.

Shala had said that the company's subject “concerned the US Foods. P. K”, for the profit of status as the strategic “Invesitor” has multiple remarks, as he said, is that for usurping property of the Agency of Forests from the company in question.

He had made claims that “Composte Foods” is the funder of Vetevendosje, so Government returned the debt.

In public, so far the multimillionmmer company Lulzim Begaj has not confirmed, but has not denied Vetevendosje financing.

In defense of that decision even then, Trade Minister Roseta Hajdari, who said the company has no open case at the Court and that the company “can be financed by the” Initiative.

Despite the criticism of the opposition, Kurti Government has already made a decision that 25 hectares of land would be passed on to the management of “Cosming Foods” for 99 years, for a project they say will be 11 million.

In April 2020, Prime Minister Kurti, along with Minister Roseta Hajdari, had visited the facilities of the company “Cosming Foods”, where there had been a meeting with the company's chief, Lulzim Begaj.
