After completing the PDK Steering Council meeting, Krasniqi has demanded that going to the polls take place through the resignation of Prime Minister Kurti or with the distribution of the Parliament.
Number one The PDK said it would cut off communications with state leaders, for whom it blamed the current situation.
“The Democratic Party of Kosovo will suspend any official communication with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and President Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, except in extraordinary or emergency situations, as well as for the appointment date of early general elections, through the resignation of the prime minister or the distribution of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo”, Krasniqi said.
Header The PDK has also warned boycott of the Parliament's work, which it said would not vote at parliamentary hearings and commissions.
“In view of all of this, the Democratic Party of Kosovo, from today, will not vote at any Kosovo Assembly forum and no decision, resolution, law, international agreement or other document, though it will participate in Kosovo's Assembly meetings to raise voices and talk about this threat being made to Kosovo by the Government and the Presidency of Kosovo”, Krasniqi said further.
He also said the PDK would use any democratic means to demand Albin Kurti's resignation, not excluding the protests as well.
Any democratic action must be taken into account. Every day that continues to be in power Albin Kurti has been lost for Kosovo and has been steps back for our country and citizens. Today our country is being populated, sided with Kosovo, without families left with only old people. Rini, who's looking for perspective for another life abroad. They don't flee from the good things; they flee; for this man has ruined your dreams for his land. He has shattered his hope that he himself created you. Even a democratic act is not disfellowshipped”, he said. /EO/
