The Foundation Court in Pec has sentenced teacher Jevdet Yonuzaj 10 years in prison, who is accused of killing his student's father for unsurpassed revenge.
The court took this verdict against indictees Jonuzaj as the same has been rescinded by criminal acts, from serious murder to overstep the necessary defence.
The trial against Jonuzaj was announced Tuesday by the chairman of the court, Judge Murat Hulaj.
The 10-year sentence of indictees Jonuzaj will also be counted as the time spent in detention from May 19th 2021.
Under the indictment, the accused has also been sentenced to 2 thousand euros in fines for the second work, those for possession without permission, who are obliged to pay him in the three-month term.
The court has also threatened the seizure of a weapon with which criminal acts were committed.
In contrast, according to the indictment filed by the Founding Prosecutor at Pec on February 14, 2022, charges defendants Gevdet Januzaj that on May 18, 2021, about 15:30 a.m. in Pec, on the Parliament's Mastorante Table “on Zhara”, he deliberately provoked the attack and spared the life of the late G. K, from unscrupulous revenge.
This prosecution had begun after the son of the deceased on December 29, 2019, physically attacked the defendant at his place of work after the defendant had sexually assaulted his minority sister and had been convicted and sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison sentence by the Pec Court.
According to the prosecution, after the defendant was left by the Peja Court to defend himself in freedom, he was equipped with weapons such as Rhex Zero1CP”, which he had for the patron, who had then observed the movements of the deceased and his family near their residence.
Always according to the prosecution, the late man had been informed by his neighbors that he had seen the sopathic defendant waiting at the bar “Relax”, for what victim G.K. had called and sought protection from the police, but without success.
According to the prosecutor, on the critical day the late man notices the defendant sitting near his desk, entered the bar's office, and expects the defendant to leave, and when that doesn't happen, he comes out and sits down on his desk and pulls out the pistol he had in his seat pocket with a inscription on “Mauser”, directs him and asks the defendant to leave with words “hec from here httpx3>.
However, according to the prosecution, the defendant does not leave and the deceased with his gun is trying to shoot him, but his weapon is blocked and then the defendant pulls out the gun he had made ready from his arm bag and shoots at the victim 13 times, leaving him dead in the country and risking the life of the waiter who was near the victim.
With this there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant committed a criminal offence”, from Article 173 par.1 subpar.1.5th of KPRK, for which sentence is presented no less than ten (10) years in prison or life in prison.
The indictment charges defendant Januzaj also with the criminal act of using the weapon.
With this there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed criminal work “the use of weapons or dangerous tool”, from Article 367 par.2 of KPRK, for which sentence of 1 to 8 years is envisioned. /Betimy for Justice
