As Borrell wrote on Twitter, part of the discussion was also the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, without providing further details.
“We discussed support for Ukraine, the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and the investment climate in Africa”, Borrell said.
“We continue to advance EU-BERZH co-operation towards our common goals to promote growth and economic development.
