He supported it by saying that the Government of Kosovo, either the Parliament, has ignored the four main criteria involving the drafting of this law.
“In the first place, we have a huge loss of time that is really too heavy and what we expect from the Constitutional Court is that we are convinced that the Constitutional Court on Minimial Paga will turn it into zero, since the Government of Kosovo, or what the Kosovo Parliament has proposed, has not received almost four main criteria which should be part of the minimum wage”, Azemi said.
The chairman of this union also added that the Commission for Business and Finance has been overlooked and reaffirmed that this Commission had proposed that this year's minimum wage be 450 euros, EO reports.
