Rama meets with Vuciqi, discuss tensions in the north

Edi Rama had reacted two days earlier when Vuciqi put the army on higher alert, saying the Serbian Army has power in place near the Kosovo border.

Despite tensions in the north, Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has said she does not plan to meet with Vuciqi, stressing that Serbia is serving as Russia's satellite.
