Local Community Speaker “2 July” in Pec, Valbona Avdij, has revealed some new details of the tragic loss of two people, mother and son after the major flooding the city faced.

She said she was notified by city dwellers who flood the neighbourhood “Central Aslan”, where the two victims lived, are high-level, as she added that she understood the same news about the death of a 5-year-old child.

Upon receiving this information, she said she had called her 5-year-old mother's sister-in-law, who confirmed her serious case.
