MAPL shows whether to be paid to the heads of Zubin Potok and Zvecan, who are not going to municipal objects

Ministry and Power and Management spokesman Arian Abazi has stated that the two mayors from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, who do not go to the municipal facilities in Zvecan and Zubin Potok, will receive wages, as according to him, they can also carry out their work on the ground, including outside [...]
Ahaz has said that the mayors are at work from the moment of the oath and, according to him, they are not obliged to go to the municipality after they can do their job on the ground even abroad.
The mayor is in charge of his oath, whether he is in the office, field or abroad. So he's at work no matter where he's physically”, spokesman Abazi told RTV Dukagjin.
He has also talked about the possibility of announcing new elections, if Kosovo mayors do not resign from their posts.
Abbas was told that he cannot interpret hypothetical circumstances. The law on local self-government has legal procedures and deadlines”, he declared.
He has further said that new leaders must be close to citizens as they have pledged.
The important thing is that the new mayors are close to the citizens without any distinction and no exception, as they have repeatedly pledged to their public statements”, Abazi has concluded.
By contrast, Zvecan Mayor Ilir Peci and Zubin Potok's Izmir Zeqiri have told the Telegraph today that they are willing to exercise their post in municipal facilities when the situation is peaceful and secure.
