In this and other events, Africa Hoti, a university professor, who said it was about a fatheric situation, because, he added, the good work would be to introduce the draft just as the government of Kosovo would run, because it's about a responsibility she's taken over now and how many years to implement it and since we're dealing with a kind of mess, then there are initiatives like this one from Prime Minister Rama.
He added that such practices have had in other countries as well, until he said that countries in the EU region have selected “scalites”, which have been closer to problematic and have been more informed of the specifics of these cases. He cited Greece as the country that has informed the EU of the integration flows of Western Balkan countries, but Slovenia, as a bridge between the EU and the Balkans, etc.
“Mbi this base of Prime Minister Rama has emerged as a result of interesting developments in these recent solutions that are coming”, said Hotim, in the latest news” at RTK.
He added further that this is a platform, which could be the basis on which negotiations could be held, while adding that Rama has defended Kosovo in communications with international diplomats.
And for the visits of international envoys Lajcak and Escobar, Professor Hoti said it is a complicated situation, until he criticised Kurti for failing to report to internationals.
“The issue of minority protection is not only a matter of law and constitution, not only of internal law, it is a matter of international law”, explained, among other things, Hoti.
According to him, Kurt would have to take opposing action, renegotiate on the negotiating table or take action just to convince and inform our international allies that we are walking in this direction, in meeting the rights released through this agreement.
Hoti, further told of the new elections, which he said the situation is in favour of Vucciki, because he has been able to play the game well on the ground, to achieve more than association, while warning that Kosovo could be expelled as an actor in protecting minorities.
“The minority infrastructure must be protected through mechanisms the government has and if the government does not respect, then it leaves completely off the stage and the competencies get another force”, said Hoti, until it added that developments in the region, most specifically the war in Ukraine, then Russia-Serbia reports, have its impact and “would be the skill of Kosovo's walking and dynamics to follow continually with Allies”
