Haxhiu has stressed that if the prime minister withdraws from the north, security forces will have to be withdrawn, even North Mitrovica Chairman Erdin Antiq, while Lulzim Hetemi, the chairman of Leposaviqi, according to him, will not withdraw from his position.
He believes Hetemi would not apply either the prime minister's decision or anyone's decision to withdraw from the mayor of Leposaviqi in the north.
Haxhiu also estimates it is difficult to obtain 20,000 signatures to displace Hetem or to receive his mandate.
I find his resignation more normal for the current situation to the prime minister than withdrawing from the North.
