LDK head member Muhamet Hamiti has accused the Kurti government of pursuing Isolationist politics, not one that would be in the interest of Kosovo.

In his Facebook account, Hamiti writes that historic President Ibrahim Rugova's programme has been for an integrated Kosovo in the EU and NATO, with special relations with the US, but that Kosovo now has a dogmatic and leftist government.
