Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has publicly declared that he has handed over a draft state for the Association of Major Serb Communities in the US, Germany and France.
He had said that local and international experts had worked for this draft, including Americans.
Germany confirmed it took Rama's document. In an answer to Dukaagini Portal, it is pointed out that they cannot provide details about the contents of the document, as it is confidential.
“We can confirm receiving such a document in the Chancellor. We ask your understanding that we cannot comment on its confidential content”, the German Government's response says.
This Rama proposal has not found support from Kosovo institutions' leaders. Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca had declared that he does not know what that draft contains, but that, according to him, once had to be discussed with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, and then to see the next steps.
