Back to work, the high-ranking ATK official was suspended just because he criticised Kurt and Osman

The ATK Disciplinary Commission had dismissed Lazer Ramajen, as he had made posts in dealt with President Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and several Kosovo Government ministers.

According to the decision dated December 15th 2022, Rama had been dismissed with the reasoning that she had made <x0 serious disciplinary violations”.

The reasoning for his dismissal was stressed that Ramaj has been the target of verifying published posts involving the January-2022” period.

Among other things, the posts Rama made on the social Facebook network against power led to his dismissal. The commission also indicated the dates Rama has opposed.

“...with the date 05.05.2022 on the social Facebook network publicly compares R. Kosovo with Vucicin”, as it continues with other posts where he has called “jami”, “threatening to the public sector” and “mental”.

The fact that the latter has even offended the prime minister's party, Vetevendosje Movement, has been used as a rationale.

“By the date 09.08.2022 on the social Facebook network offends Vetevendosje party”, the decision said.

Also in reasoning is evidence that Rama has offended President Vjosa Oman and former Education Minister Dukagjin Pupovci.

However, after nearly three months, KKPSCK has cancelled an ATK commission's decision to fire Ramaja.

KKPSCK had approved Ramaja's complaint, and had also forced the ATK director to make compensation for unfulfilled wages from December 25th to 2022houses and to implement that decision.

Given the decision, the ATK general director is forced to return Ramaja to work within 15 days.

“... Decision no. 122022 on 1512.2022 The Disciplinary Commission has emerged as a result of violating provisions related to administrative procedure and as such is an illegal administrative act in the sense of Article 52 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.3 of Law No.05. L-031 for the General administrative Procedure”, said in the KPMSCK decision, which was taken on March 3rd of this year.

The ATK Commission had said last year that the disciplinary procedure against Ramaja has come after denouncing some citizens. It shows that two measures and a written warning have been given before the dismissal decision against Rama.

For his dismissal from the director's position in ATK, Rama himself had reacted, calling it an undeserved decision.

I'd like to inform you that from today a legal battle begins to prove that this decision is highly unreasonable antilegal... has committed me to the lawyer Besnik R. Berisha professionally handles the case... .
