At this year's April 7th session, the court has cleared him of the charges, and the same has returned to Kosovo.
The ministry explains that diplomats of the Interconnecting Office of the Republic of Kosovo in Serbia have been in constant contact with Dula family and defence lawyers during his time in custody and after being sentenced by Belgrade's Supreme War Crimes Court.
