The IPK suggests that based on information and evidence provided so far four police officials have been suspended, against three officials who had not reported on the case and an official for not reporting, as well as his involvement in the case.
Even over the same is the burden of criminal acts “the failure to report criminal acts” and “attempted murder”.
After undertaking some investigative actions in co-ordination with the prosecution, IPK investigators have arrested four police officials in the evening today on suspicion that they have committed criminal work “the announcement of criminal work” and one of them is suspected of criminal activity “attempted” (linking to the 28th article of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code). At the prosecutor's decision, the same ones have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours” reportedly in their announcement.
Among other things The IPK suggests that, along with the State Prosecutor, all investigative actions are under way to whiteen all the circumstances in this case.
