According to her, however, power is “calculating how many deputies they have in the hall”.

An explanation for the quorum today in the Assembly.
The quorum to start the session had. There were about 90 deputies in the hall. Adjusting the Assembly requires that the hearing begin when there is quorum so when there are 61 deputies present.
POR, the majority are calculating how many MPs they have in the hall, PA.
So we go in vain, because it's only the first 50% (not to be assured), not the second, and all that's contrary to the Assembly Rule.
