According to him, Kosovo Assembly deputies during yesterday's meeting posted the violation of Article 41 of the Law for the BEC, which is accurately said.
“If the Central Bank Board has sufficient reason to believe that the Governor has failed to act on requirements based on the reasons referred to in paragraph 1. or paragraph 2. Of this article, the Central Bank Board will appoint a panel consisting of a leader who holds or held a high judicial position, and no fewer than two (2) other people, one of whom will have expertise in bank or financial affairs who will investigate the issue and report the Central Bank Board with a recommendation”.
He added that it is the last moment that the president of Kosovo, based on its legal and constitutional competencies, intervenes in this important process, which is degraded, politicised and criminalised by biased purposes.
