In the Albanian capital, Escobar is expected to meet with senior officials and opposition representatives. According to the media, Escobar will visit Tirana on 11-13 April, where he will meet with President Bajram Begaj and Prime Minister Edi Rama.
From the opposition, he is expected to meet with Democratic Party Commander Enkeleed Alibeajn, Gazment Bardhin of Jorida Tabak.
The last time Escobar visited Tirana was in April last year when he accompanied US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Karen Donfreed.
