Avonet: Investigated contract on 8 million of the Pristina municipality by “Sa Perëndia-un”

According to Avonet, the representative of this company is sentenced to a firm form Act, and one for counterfeiting the official document.

AV ONET has verified that former leader of “Salla” shpk, N. S, there's a formal form bias and it's guilty of committing a criminal offense for for counterfeiting the official document under Article 398, paragraph 2 of KPRK, with a number of subjects. In conclusion, AV ONET has expressed its concern for such practices, which create a bad practice in the field of procurement and requires actions by relevant State Prosecutor and Kosovo Police authorities to take necessary measures to ensure transparency and integrity of the public procurement process in Kosovo.

AV ONET has already made calls for the initiative in investigating the procurement and contract activity procedure at the State Prosecutor.
