This VKM is also reflected by Albania's embassy in the Russian Federation, which announces the annulment of tourist visas for Russian citizens, Euronews reports.
“Embassy of the Republic of Albania in the Russian Federation suggests that, in line with changes to April 2023 in the Council of Ministers' decision of the Republic of Albania No. 858, the date 29.12.2021, cancels the visa-free regime for citizens of the Russian Federation (every year from May 1st to September 30th),”, says in a message published on the Albanian Embassy's page in Moscow.
Russian citizens must apply for visas near the Albanian Embassy.
