30-year-old from Kosovo dies in Swiss accident

The tragic event in which Jtmir Morina lost her life took place on the A1 Highway in Winterhur.

Regarding the tragic event, his brother Besart Morina has spoken. He said Jethr had gone to help someone who had been hit.

In a proposal for the Blick.ch newspaper, 38-year-old says his brother Jethmir had called his mother just moments before the accident.

“Inevitably, he said there had been an accident and wanted to go to help”, he said.

But Kosovo's effort to help ended dramatically.

In the police report, the victim was reportedly hit by a car that moved uncontrolled on the highway as a result of the heavy rain that had fallen.

According to the Swiss newspaper report, the 30-year-old has left behind three young girls -- five, three and a year old.

Blick.ch writes that the Morina family comes from the village of Topanica municipality.
