It becomes known that initially, the European top diplomat, Josep Borrell, will hold separate meetings with the two leaders, by 10:00, while the subsequent meeting between the two leaders will follow.
The plan, which includes the overall implementation of preliminary agreements, has been accepted verbally by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who at the last meeting in Brussels, said he is willing to sign it, but that the same readiness was not held by Serbian President Alexander Vuciq.
