Repeated story, Spain does not allow state symbols to Kosovo athletes, the KOK reacts

Kosovo's Olympic Committee has reacted after denying the participation of Kosovo athletes in the upcoming European Karate Championship in Guadaira, Spain. Although the same athletes have previously been allowed to participate in Spain, this time the Spanish state has not allowed the appearance of state symbols to [national] athletes.
Although the same athletes have previously been allowed to participate in Spain, this time the Spanish state has not allowed the show of state symbols to Kosovo national athletes.
The KOK says it has also informed the International Olympic Committee of this case.
This is the full announcement of the Olympic Committee:
The Kosovo Olympic Committee with great concern is experiencing the discrimination of our athletes from states, which still mix sports with politics.
Finally, and not for the first time, Spain again becomes a factor, restoring “the old” for our athletes, despite having been correct in this regard and precisely with the same athletes.
Because of our non-recognition of our country, our karate national is not being allowed to compete equally with other contestants at the European Championship, which today is expected to begin in Guadaira, Spain. They have received news from the organiser that local institutions have not allowed the organizer to display our state symbols.
The KOK, which is in contact with the FKK, has immediately informed the International Olympic Committee (IOC), from which it expects rapid reaction so that our karateers do not lose an important race, as happened weeks ago with the European Youth in Cyprus.
