One of the recent concerns facing the DKA is the implementation on the topic of the research guide for replacing and paying teachers with serious health conditions.
In this case, the chairman of the Besiana Musmurati College once again presented the difficulty in implementing this guide because of the disagreements in place, among the municipalities, Treasury (MFT) and the Ministry of Education (MASHTI).
The municipalities once again expressed concern over the proper interpretation of this guide because they cannot exploit the pre-defined fund.
In this case Avni Raj U.d. The director of the Department of Pre-university Education completed that the set of criteria in guidelines such as free jobs and Treasury clarifications must be respected.
Municipal directors in their argument explained that this fund can only be used by themselves The codes that have cheap jobs. The same problem appears in the recruiting of young psychologists in schools, assistants for children with special needs who cannot be engaged if there is no shortcuts in the general number of teachers.
This theme presents a particular challenge that requires a direct commitment of the DKA, AugustI and MFT to general reform for a better re-system or school number, school management to balance the lack of teachers in many municipalities. So the final conclusion from this meeting was the request for the MASTI interpretation of the guidance procedures for replacing and paying teachers with serious health condition.
The College for Education once again expresses unreserved readiness for co-operation with AugustI, at the same time urgently requires establishing communication in discussing topics and urgent concerns faced by local authorities in pre-school education.
Also, the Municipal Directors for Education considered the commitment of college members within the AKK as an important consultancy mechanism, to participation of working groups from the AugustI, which helps address challenges and opportunities in developing education.
At the same time, the College for Education has reviewed the work plan in terms of co-ordinating activities, including addressing municipal demands in legislative processes aimed at improving local self-government. /Periscopi/
