In the official address of Top Channel, one e-mail with sensitive data has arrived for several days talking about the involvement of Monica Mayor, former head of the LSI, in funding and suspicious payments from companies off-hole controlled by Russian oil businessmen.

In our sweat, this data has been sent to other media in Albania and not alone. The mail is anonymous, sent by the proton platform, but after verification the documents are authentic. They show the details and evidence of Russian ties, of the Grande with companies that have been denounced as sponsors of Vladimir Putin's party in Russia.

The file contains facts of suspicious payments made and taken by Monica Kryeki, Albanian politician and former Albanian president Ilir Meta's wife. The revealed facts show that in 2017, the Great has made and received these suspicious payments from its offshore bank account for companies controlled by Russian oil businessmen. The facts are the following.

In this document, the Grande received two payments in its bank account at Banco Espirito Santo SA (Dega of Madeira, IBAN: PT50 006,0000944970392) by Holdem Holding Limited, a company registered in Cyprus (View Document 1). The payments came from Holdem's UBS account AG, IBAN-Nr. CH4202060645331160 W (see Document 1). Of these accounts, the Lord's Account received two payments (see Document 1): On February 15th 2017, Krygari received a payment of 5,350 euros from the Holdem company.

On May 23, 2018, another payment of 13,500 euros - yes, from Holdem. By the time of transfers in 2017, Holdem Holding Limited was co-owner of three companies registered by the Virginia Islands (see) Document 2 i n Document 3): Companies are Curol Investments Limited (registered address: Trust Offices 197 Main Street Totalserve Trust Company Limited, Road Town Tortola, BVI). Ocean Blvd. (registered address: Quiyano Chambers Road Town, Tortola, BVI) i n Keally Worldwide Corp (registered address: Trident Chambers, POBox 146 Road Tonna, Tortola, BVI).

Through the ownership of one of these companies, Alexander Smuzykov, a multimillion Russian businessman and his business partner, Alexander Kaplan, are estimated to be behind the Holdem company. Smuzikov is called a shadowy <x0oligark” in Russian media reports. He maintained close ties with Russian oligarchs, currently subject to sanctions such as Victor Wexelberg and Mikhail Friedman during his time as vice president in the TNK-BP oil giant.

Kaplan also served as deputy chairman at the TNK-BP and as manager at A1, Mikhail Friedman and Pyotr Avenés Alpha Group investment division. From the founding of the company on May 28, 2016, and the break-up on July 31, 2018, Smuzikov was listed as influential or important control in corporate data in the United Kingdom of Balkan Petroleum Holding already disbanded in the United Kingdom (see) document 4document 5 i n Document 6).

Smuzykov and Kaplan were reported by Reuters that they were owners after Balkan Petroleum (see) Document 7). According to corporate data in the United Kingdom, the Balkan Petroleum's most direct company from its founding to its breakup was Davolia Holdings, a company registered in Cyprus (see) Document 4). Davolia was founded on May 17, 2016, and is currently in disarray following voluntary liquidation. Davolea registered to the same address as Holdem. The director of Davolia is Pantelisa Chrusostomou (Greek: ) You know what? which previously served as Holdem director between 2018 and 2020. (Look Document 8 i n Document 9).

From the founding of the company until July 2019, Davolia was in co-ownership in equal parts of Vollandes and Dalia Global Corp, another company registered in the Virginia Islands. (see) Document 10 i n document 11). Smuzykov is also listed as the beneficiary owner of Dalia at Pandora Papers, the mass flow of October 2021 million documents (see) Document 12). Smuzikov had significant influence or control over Balkan Petroleum and was reported by Reuters that he owned the company along with Alexander Kaplan. Therefore, Smuzykov and Kaplan must also have been the owners of Volland and Dalia Global Corp, and as a result, they must have had at least partly Holdem's ownership at the time of transactions with the Head of the Great.

This document (Document 1) also shows that the Great has made a payment from its bank account in Credit Agricole (Switsse) SA in Zurich ( IBAN: CH04087410085191800021) of 8,374 euros for a company registered in Cyprus, Vradus Holdings Ltd. The payment is referred to as Invoice 3001 25062017 Sherbime Marketing. The payment was sent to the UBS's Vradus account AG (count: 0206 ) 123637,60X ; IBAN: CH4900206206123660X). Vradus Holdings Ltd ( HE 270621; Registered address: What? What are you doing? founded in Cyprus on July 16, 2010, and disbanded on April 21, 2021 (see) Document 13).

According to Cypriot corporate data collectors, Vradus was in co-ownership in equal parts by two BVI-incorporated companies from 2012 to 2019 (see) Document 15 i n Document 16): They are the HQ Limited Investments and Weng Holdings & Finance Inc.

Between 2012 and 2013, Vradus kept 100% of the oil sales companies registered in Russia OO Magnact (Russian: ) “ ) I'm sorry. INN: 77018872) (see Document 17 and Document 18). In 2013, Vradu's shares dropped to 99%. Vradus held the only Magnatech ownership between 2012 and the breakup of the company in March 2022. Magnatech was founded in 2008 by Vitaly Savvin, a former Moscow-based oil market and Smuzhkov business partner (Magnatek Forbes Savvin). Smuzykov owned the company completely until 2012, when his sole ownership was passed to Vradus (see) Document 17 i n Document 18).

In a 2012 interview with Forbes, Savvin reported that he continued to possess Magnatech through Vradus (see) Document 19). Savvin was therefore the final owner of Vradu. Savvin has previously served as director general of the Smuzikov Magistral fuel station network. Magnatech was subjected to an investigation by Forbes after it turned out that the company was one of the biggest donors of the Russian political party in power, United Russia. Moreover, Savvin formerly owned a 9.94% stake in Peresvet Bank, a Russian bank close to the Russian Orthodox Church, which is said to be also a major “sponsor” United Russia.

In 2016, Savvin was declared bankrupt by Russia's Supreme Court (see) Document 20). Magnech was also liquidated in 2022 following bankruptcy procedures that were launched in 2015 (see) Document 21Document 22Document 23 i n Document 24). Both Savvin and Magnatech were declared bankrupt afterward. In a 2018 court ruling, Savvin and Sergey Kirichenko, director - general of Magnatech between 2015 and 2016, were held responsible for Magnatech's debts (See Document 25). Since there has been no change in Magnatech or Vradus action structures until after 2019, this strongly indicates that Savvin continued to control the company as in the time of transaction from the Great in 2017.
