Lajcak talks about elections in the north, says political solutions are needed to be held freely

The elections in Kosovo, which were announced to be held in December, were postponed due to tensions in Kosovo's north and the next date was 23 April.

For this, Lajcak says he respects the role of the president and the constitution, even in terms of election declarations.

But he says elections should be held in an atmosphere where all citizens can vote.
