Kurti before the March 18th meeting in Ohrid: One-ethnic association is possible

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said today he expects an agreement to be reached at the upcoming meeting with Serbian President Alexander Vuciq in Ohrid, North Macedonia, and has once again rejected the possibility of creating Serbian Major Commission Association. We wanted to sign the agreement on February 27th. [...]
We wanted to sign the agreement on February 27th. Unfortunately, President Vuciq did not want to (sign it). This basic agreement proposed by the European Union is a solid basis for moving forward, and I hope that we will finally reach it on March 18th”, Kurti told Euronews.
Kosovo's prime minister has reiterated his position that Serbia's demand for the formation of the Serb Majority Commission, under the Brussels Agreement, will not be met.
I am here as prime minister of all citizens, regardless of their national identity, ethnic or religious affiliation. So I want to satisfy all citizens according to their rights, needs, and desires. Because of the rule of law of our democratic state, monoethnic solutions are not possible”, Kurti has suggested.
