Kurt reacts to Vuchiqi: No signature can have a deal

He has said that without signing there can be no agreement, while he has reaffirmed his stance that in Ohrid the parties should express hope and optimism for normalising relations.

According to him, Saturday's meeting should deal with more seriousness.

And I heard this statement that was rejected by the ruler signing an agreement in Ohrid. This is not a constructive approach and I don't think it proves commitment. We need to express our hope and optimism for the full normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, we are holding high-level meetings, mediating the EU, which is the most important political and economic project and the most important, historical and geopolitical process of Europe and I would say the whole world after the end of World War II, so it would have to be taken with much more seriousness tomorrow's” meeting.

I'm not saying that if there's no signature, then we've signed the dispute, but I can't say without signing it would be called a really good deal. So I'm reincreasing that I'm going to be dedicated, constructive and creative and that I'm going willingly, purpose and good faith, but of course I can't guarantee that for the other side”, Kurti declared in Alsat.

The head of Kosovo's executive has also spoken of establishing the Association of Serb majority municipalities. According to him, this issue should be discussed with patience and goodwill in the dialogue, including the Ohrid meeting.

However, Kurti has commemorated that this issue has not passed the test at the Kosovo Constitutional Court.

The Serbian majority municipalities' “Association has two agreements from 39 totals signed in Brussels, from July 2nd 2011 to August 25th 2015 ...I'm not for, since 39 deals are put on top or first. Because those agreements have neither a valid hierarchy nor a logical hierarchy, they have chronological order. So I don't rule them out, none of them, but I consider it not fair at the same time to impose a single deal as the most priority or most important...”.

So I don't deny the association that is a preliminary agreement, but on the other hand, we can't get it out as we say in the <x1 ..." used to be in front of the horse” and we should remember that the association agreement if it's special, is special in the sense that I don't pass the Constitutional Court test in Kosovo.
