“Let's hope the devil doesn't hide in detail”, Rama reacts to Kurti-Vucci negotiations in Ohrid

Through a Twitter post, Rama indicated that there was an agreement but that there was no signature. Therefore, he hopes this will not be according to him, another Balkan fraud.
