Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, has today declared that an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is reachable. He has suggested that Kosovo will benefit greatly from reaching the agreement.
Rohde has called on Kosovo and Serbia for the Ohrid summit not to miss the bus.
Full support for Lajcak's efforts. An agreement is reachable and Kosovo will gain much, but must implement its long-standing obligation and fulfil association now. My appeal for Kosovo and Serbia for the upcoming talks in Ohrid: Don't miss bus”, the ambassador said.
He further added that an agreement would accelerate Kosovo's integration and is a historic chance on the path towards full normalisation and mutual recognition.
Next high-level Kosovo dialogue meeting Serbia will be held 18 March in Ohrid, North Macedonia. The prime minister, Albin Kurti, and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, are expected to discuss the European Union's plan for dialogue and its implementation guide.
To prepare this meeting and discuss its implementation, this week, the EU's minister for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has remained in Kosovo.
Full support for EUSR Lajcaksphforts.
An engagement is within reach. He will get a tear. We need to implement it's long-term binding duty and bail on ESM now.
