Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, will hold a summit in Ohrid, North Macedonia on Saturday 18 March.
Prime Minister Kurti and President Vuciq have already confirmed their participation in this meeting.
Starting at 10:00, European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell and EU envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak will hold separate meetings with Prime Minister Kurti and President Vuciq.
Then, a joint meeting will take place.
The meeting will discuss the EU's proposal for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
In announcing the European Union office, it has become known that the meeting will take place in state residences.
Prime Minister Kurti has said on Tuesday he is optimistic about the upcoming meeting with Serbia, held on March 18th in Ohrid, but not all depends on him.
I have offered to sign the European Union's proposal on February 27th, but the other side has not been ready, nor interested,”.
He has referred to the recent meeting between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels, when, according to European diplomats, the parties have reached compliance with the EU proposal for normalisation of relations, but no documents have been signed.
At the Ohrid meeting, Kosovo and Serbia, under the European bloc's mediation, are expected to discuss the plan to implement the EU proposal for normalisation of relations.
A day earlier, Kurti has said he is analyzing the 15 European models the European Union has offered to form association.
EU envoy for the Western Balkans Miroslav Lajcak has said these models are in line with European standards.
Neither of the 15 European models have been made public by Kosovo nor by Brussels.
