According to the report, “following a series of actual findings proving serious procedural violations in the case related to developments following the assassination of Astrit Dehar at the Prizren Pre-burging Centre, the disciplinary Commission has come to the final verdict for its dismissal, taking into account a series of legal violations<1>.

From the MD showed Topalli allegedly took security cameras from Prizren prison before police and brought them to the Justice Ministry, “overcoming the competencies he holds in office, actions which have contributed negatively to the fair investigation into the murder of Astrit Deharit”.
