“It is time for the leaders of Kosovo and Serbia and the entire Western Balkans to show courage and demonstrate responsibility so that the region can succeed towards EU membership”, Borrell wrote on his blog about Kosovo dialogue Serbia.
The European plan, which has 11 points, will have an annex, which will be published after the meeting. Borrell will also hold a press conference, following a joint meeting with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.
