Through a post in his Facebook account, Hyseni said that Kurti “measures local opinion when he says the Constitutional Court has rejected the Association”.
It also manipulates when it says “action is one-ethnic, because it's not. With the fact that it says the Serbian majority “communities” means that those municipalities also have members of other ethnicities. According to Kurti's logic, Kosovo is monoethnic because it is 92% Albanian. But Kosovo is also multiethnic because it has an 8% of other ethnicities.
Of course Kurt will establish association, because leaving this obligation is disastrous for Kosovo.
The conditions he declared today have been there without Kurt. But he's continuing to think that the whole world believes his lies, just like these VVs, who seem to have blown their brains”, wrote Hyseni among other things.

Since Kutri's arrival in power, I have repeated it repeatedly and with conviction that the association of Serb majority municipalities is an international duty and as such, we would not have wanted that international obligation to be implemented.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Kurti and President Osmani demonstrated acute inability to read and clearly understand the orders of Kosovo's top supporters in the world. This was especially seen in action and activity in the north of the country. They, so Kurti and Osamni, without vision, without courage and without knowledge turned Kosovo almost zero.

Apparently Kurt, in his parallel universe, I think nobody in Kosovo and the international community can read. That's why he cheats and lies shamelessly and easily!
What about this illegal weapons condition? Handing over illegal weapons is a ridiculous condition if it's related to establishing association, because it is the Government's legal duty to ensure that illegal weapons are not owned by the citizens of the country!
Yeah, let me just say here that this whole “culture” Kurti's comical practice consists of his desperate effort to package and sell the foundation of association before his party militants. He does not tire of the country's vital interests!
