Dodik blocks any possibility of visa-free movement between Kosovo, Bosnia

Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik has said that several days ago authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina received an official request for the adoption of a law that would allow travel between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo only with ID cards and that RS representatives rejected it. “We've rejected, won't [...]
“We have rejected it, we will not allow anything to be moved in this direction”, Dodik said.
The RS president reiterated that Christian Schmidt is a “high illegal representative” and that “is in Serbia's interest to treat him as an illegal high representative. ”
He added that authorities in RS will not publish Schmidt's decision to suspend the RS real estate law, nor will they implement it.
His statement comes shortly after Kosovo approved agreements under the Berlin Process in the Kosovo Assembly. The free movement agreement was one of the main points. Germany has imposed some economic sanctions on Republika Srpska in response.
